F2-F3 liver fibrosis

Intermediate to advanced stages of liver fibrosis in the setting of non-cirrhotic MASH. Survodutide has received FDA Fast Track and Breakthrough Therapy designations for non-cirrhotic MASH with F2-F3 fibrosis, and in the phase 2 trial up to 64.5% of this subgroup showed improvement in fibrosis with no worsening of MASH.
