Partial thyroid hormone receptor beta agonist. It is the first drug with biopsy-proven efficacy in non-cirrhotic MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2-F3). It received conditional marketing authorisation in the EU (and Spain) on 18 August 2025 under the brand name Rezdiffra.
